Catrina Bodamer is a legal and financial professional whose career spans law, finance, real estate, investment analysis, and regulatory compliance. With a strong academic background and experience across multiple industries, she has built a reputation for combining analytical thinking with practical problem-solving.
Raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, including communities such as Canton, Cumming, Alpharetta, and Marietta, Catrina developed a strong work ethic at an early age. She was active in softball, cheerleading, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes while excelling academically as an Honor Graduate and Academic Scholar. These experiences helped shape the discipline, leadership, and determination that would later define her professional career.
Catrina earned a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she also completed minors in Economics and History while attending on full academic scholarships. She went on to earn an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, achieving distinction in Finance and Marketing and scoring in the 95th percentile on the GMAT. She later completed her Juris Doctor at Georgia State University College of Law, where she was appointed to Moot Court in recognition of her excellence in legal research, writing, advocacy, and oral arguments. She also served on the Moot Court Board as Treasurer and achieved a perfect score in Real Estate Transactions. Her academic accomplishments include scoring in the 96th percentile on the LSAT.
In addition to her academic credentials, Catrina holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has earned FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Throughout her career, Catrina has worked in legal, financial, and real estate roles. Her experience includes litigation support, legal research, financial analysis, investment evaluation, securities compliance, wealth management, and real estate brokerage. She has assisted with the development and launch of investment funds, conducted valuation and cash flow analyses, supported regulatory compliance efforts, and advised clients on financial planning and investment strategies. Her work has also involved evaluating public equities, modeling investment opportunities, and supporting complex litigation matters.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Catrina remains engaged with her community and professional networks through alumni associations, the Atlanta Track Club, and the CFA Institute.
